K\u00fdtu namo\u010d\u00edme p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edpravou na t\u0159i dny do \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna. Slaninu nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na mal\u00e9 kostky a spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0\u010desnekem, sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em a \u010dervenou mletou paprikou rozmixujeme (nen\u00ed-li m\u011bkk\u00e1, m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159idat trochu oleje). Vzniklou \u0161pikovac\u00ed sm\u011bs\u00ed napln\u00edme k\u00fdtu tak, \u017ee v\u00a0n\u011bm ud\u011bl\u00e1me kapsu, do kter\u00e9 sm\u011bs nasypeme, zbytkem k\u00fdtu pot\u0159eme, aby byla lahodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.
