The world\u2019s biggest carp fishing competition, the XI. International Balaton Carp Cup<\/strong>, officially ended on April 19, 2025, in an atmosphere of joy and recognition. The final award ceremony at Hotel Club Tihany brought together anglers, organizers, partners, and fans to honour an unforgettable week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The closing event reflected the core values of the IBCC \u2013 sportsmanship, respect for nature, and international camaraderie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Record-breaking results and double triumphs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ZEMN\u00cdK\u2013BODOVKA SLOVAKIA<\/strong> won two major titles:
\u2013 Biggest Fish<\/strong>: 32.25 kg
\u2013 Top 5 Total Weight<\/strong>: 114.64 kg
Both achievements came from the Bucovina sector at P\u00e1lk\u00f6ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MIKBAITS & KRYSTON<\/strong> team secured the Overall Total Catch Weight Victory<\/strong> with 596.86 kg from 45 fish, fishing in Balatonederics \u2013 Mikbaits sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebel Baits<\/strong> claimed the silver medal with 585.78 kg, while GRUNTY.CZ<\/strong> came third with 551.01 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hungary\u2019s AQVARIUS TEAM<\/strong> also shone:
\u2013 They caught the biggest mirror carp<\/strong> at 24.95 kg
\u2013 And placed 2nd in the Top 5 Total Weight category with 106.81 kg, fishing in Balatonakali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
