Wednesday brought new leaders, impressive records and memorable moments to the IBCC.
Team STANKOV CT – MIKBAITS CZ introduced a true behemoth. Their 24.78 kg mirror carp, caught in Balatonkenese, now tops the biggest mirror carp category.
Team VMFISHING took the lead in the 5 biggest fish competition with a massive 28.45 kg carp, significantly raising the bar in the total weight race.
At lunchtime, Pirko Baits Slovakia was in the lead for the same category. Interestingly, only five fish had been caught so far – but all of them were over 17 kg, showing impressive consistency.
In the Bucovina sector (Révfülöp), a TV crew was on-site filming the 19.4 kg catch of Potyi Carp Team.
